Online ordering is easy and safe using our web site and secure shopping cart. Placing your order online allows us to begin processing your order immediately.
Simply place items in your shopping cart by clicking on the "Add to Cart" buttons beside the items you want to buy. You can review the contents of your shopping cart at any time by clicking on the "View Cart" button near the top of the page. After you have placed all of the products you want to buy in the shopping cart, you are ready to finalize your order. From the shopping cart page, click on the "Secure Checkout" button and proceed to enter all required information.
We accept payment using VISA, MasterCard, American Express and Discover/NOVUS cards. We also accept payment by PayPal. Our online shopping cart is administered through PayPal. You do NOT have to be a PayPal member if paying by credit card.
Purchases made by credit card will be identified with the name JON LOMBERG on your credit card statement.
Deliveries within the continental United States and Canada are made by FedEx or UPS couriers and/or U.S. Mail service. International deliveries are made by U.S. Mail service with the exception of some original art which will be shipped by FedEx or UPS couriers.
Orders are shipped directly from the artist. Most products are shipped within 48 hours of receiving your order, however some items may take longer to process and ship. For example, giclee prints are custom made for each order and require approximately 1 week to produce. Back ordered items are shipped as soon as possible.

Residents of Hawaii pay 4.2% state sales tax. Customers outside of the United States are encouraged to check with their respective government agencies to determine whether import duty or tax may apply on orders shipped by courier and U.S. Mail from the United States.
We accept orders by mail. Please contact us by email at lomberg@aloha.net for assistance with placing your order by mail. Mail orders can be paid by VISA, MasterCard, American Express and Discover credit cards, PayPal and $US money orders only. We do not accept personal checks.
We offer a 30 day money back guarantee on all merchandise except signed prints; these items are limited to a refund or exchange only if defective. Refunds are issued for the original order amount less shipping and handling charges. Customer is responsible for return shipping and handling charges.
Please contact us before returning an item for replacement or refund. We will advise you on how and where to return the item to ensure that you receive a prompt exchange or refund. Please return items in their original packaging whenever possible.
